Context
Engagement scoped by Qadence for its end client Klesia, as with Colonna.
The challenge: white-label multi-tenant + health data, in 3 weeks
Three simultaneous constraints. Multi-tenant: a cascading hierarchy (Super
Admin → Klesia-level entities → client companies), where each tier only sees and
manages the data of the levels below it. White-label: the questionnaire
interface had to be fully customizable (colors, components, branding) and
bilingual (2 languages), to carry the identity of each client brand. Health
data: risk scoring via a provided business algorithm, but results
anonymized and hosted under HDS. All delivered as lead in 3 weeks;
the difficulty was not an isolated technology but the speed and cleanliness of
execution on a system where data partitioning and compliance leave no room for
error.
What was delivered
- Hierarchical management back-office with cascading RBAC and data scopes
partitioned by tier
- Multi-tenant provisioning (creation of Klesia-level entities, then companies)
- White-label questionnaire interface (~20 questions), customizable and
bilingual (2 languages)
- Integration of the provided risk-scoring algorithm
- Anonymization and reporting of results to the dashboards, in HDS compliance
- Support-recommendation engine configurable by each company according to the
risk level (connection to resources, arrangements, information sources)
- Clerk authentication, HDS hosting on Clever Cloud
Stack & compliance
Next.js (App Router) / TypeScript / Tailwind, PostgreSQL, Clerk authentication,
HDS hosting on Clever Cloud. The central challenge: a clean, partitioned,
HDS-compliant multi-tenant product, now deployed and rolled out across large
accounts.
