ROME turns organizing an event-stay in the Basque Country into a simple experience: you compose your bespoke stay (surf, gastronomy, nature, partying) from locally sourced activities, and you receive a quick quote. Zero organization for the client, just the essentials.
I designed and developed it end to end: from the product concept (user journey, stay packaging) to full-stack development (Next.js, i18n) through to go-live (Vercel). This is the first building block of an approach where orchestration becomes product.
